These general sales terms govern all the sales of products that are marketed in the www.valterbijoux.com website. The sales terms that are applied to the order are those in force at the time it is placed.

MAIN FEATURES OF THE SOLD PRODUCTS
All the accessories produced by VALTER S.r.l. are of exceptional high quality standard, made from Plexiglas and galvanised resin.
All colorants and materials that are used are anallergic and comply with current legislation in force.
ORDERING PROCEDURE
In the www.valterbijoux.com website, there is an “Add” key alongside each product to put the chosen product into the shopping cart. The customer will find all the products in the trolley that have been selected for purchase. The summary gives the product code, the amount requested and the price. The product quantity can be changed or the product deleted from the trolley before sending the order.
In the “send order” section, the company data are requested which are necessary to dispatch the order and issue the pro-forma invoice.
SENDING THE ORDER
When the order has been sent, the customer will receive a confirmation email with a proforma invoice which includes shipment charges and if the customer has decided to pay by bank transfer, bank details to allow making the payment.
CONTRACT EXECUTION
When VALTER S.r.l. receives the online order from the customer, the sales contract is considered as concluded.
By sending the order, the customer accepts all these Sales Terms.
By concluding the contract VALTER S.r.l. undertakes to supply the customer with the products at the terms and conditions given in these Sales Terms.
VALTER S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse the order or part of it in the case of temporary or permanent lack of stock in the warehouse. In this case VALTER S.r.l. will immediately inform the customer.
PRICES
The product prices are in Euros excluding VAT. For shipment abroad, any customs charges, tax and customs release charges will be charged to the customer.
The product prices are those shown in the www.valterbijoux.com website at the time the order is placed and confirmed in the pro-forma invoice that is sent to the customer.
Shipment fees are charged to the customer and are notified in the order confirmation, according to the destination, weight and volume of the ordered products.
SHIPMENT
The purchased products will be shipped directly to the address given in the order within 10 working days from receiving the payment and shipment will be made by courier.

PAYMENTS
Payment may be arranged in one of the following ways:
ITALY
Advance Bank transfer: to the bank details that are given in the order confirmation, specifying the company name and the order code in the bank transfer itself.
Cash on delivery: for cash on delivery payments there is a surcharge of € 5.00 (+VAT).
Credit Card or PayPal; you can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account
ABROAD

GUARANTEES
VALTER S.r.l. guarantees that all the products are free of any faults or defects. In the case a defect is found in the purchased products, the customer must notify the company within eight days from receiving the goods, by sending a registered letter with proof of receipt.
All the products comply with all applicable Italian and European Union (EU) standards.
No guarantee is issued relative to product conformity to standards and regulations in force in the country where the customer lives, if the country is not within the EU.
PLACE OF JURISDICTION
The court of Venice is the elected as the place of jurisdiction.
VALTER S.r.l. reserves the right to amend the terms of the contract at any time, and these amendments will have immediate effect from the time they are published in the www.valterbijoux.com website.
